The Rogue's Flurry Skill in Diablo 4 offers a different kind of melee experience with the class. It shares the same hypermobile playstyle of Twisting Blades (though not as fast), but the gratification is instant with every cast of the Skill delivering immediate damage to anything within its range.

Flurry works well on its own, but in Diablo 4's endgame, players will have to use every advantage they can get to push their personal power levels forward. Here's an endgame Flurry setup with lots of Crowd Control, great AOE, and decent boss-killing potential.

Game Rant's Rogue Flurry Build guide for Diablo 4 remains relevant, even after the gameplay adjustments that came with the 1.0.3. patch.

Fundamental Puncture and Improved Flurry are essential for spreading Vulnerable to targets. It frees up the need to use the Exploit Glyph, allowing for some more flexibility when it comes to Paragon Board building.

Disciplined Dash is this build's main mobility skill. With the Shadowslicer Aspect equipped, it can Daze enemies with a single Skill cast, opening them up to the build's passive effects against Crowd Controlled targets. Shadow Step, on the other hand, is mainly used to break CC and stun monsters.

Smoke Grenade is extremely useful for Rogue builds that involve a lot of standing still. Players won't be able to move much while fighting elites with this setup, so players will have to use Smoke Grenade to prevent enemies from attacking back as they unleash Flurry on them.

Flurry is normally weak in single-target situations, which is why the build uses Poison Imbuement to help in boss fights.

The passive skill setup here is once again fairly standard among many Rogue builds. The added damage and critical hit passives are too good to pass up, though players may want to shuffle some around depending on what they need.

Rapid Gambits is very useful for this build since players will be Dazing enemies a lot. Rogues are naturally squishy, so getting to Evade more quickly can help players survive many situations in the endgame.

Speaking of survivability, make sure to always have Siphoning Strikes on. Spamming Flurry in the middle of a pack guarantees that a player will take damage—this skill mitigates that with its heal-on-crit effect.

Take the Inner Sight Specialization along with the Close Quarters Combat Key Passive for unlimited Energy and maximum Flurry damage. Swap to Momentum if survivability becomes an issue.

Encircling Blades is required to make Flurry hit in every direction. It won't boost its damage, but it'll increase the skill's coverage significantly. Consider using Edgemaster on a Crossbow to make Flurry hit harder when the player is near full Energy.

Accelerating Aspect greatly increases DPS in boss fights, especially when Inner Sight and Close Quarters Combat are active. Bursting Venom combined with Smiting can also pile even more damage on tanky targets by giving players unlimited Poison Imbuement charges while standing on Poison Pools.

Ravenous and Umbral will handle Energy-related issues while the defensive skills listed above should provide good protection against all enemies.

The build doesn't require any Unique items, but Penitent Greaves is more than welcome here for its passive ice trail.

Paragon Board

Diablo 4 Rogue Stage

Exploit Weakness is a good first Paragon Board for this build since it increases damage against Vulnerable targets, which is something this build excels at right from the start. Use Combat in the Starting Board's Glyph socket and either a Dexterity or Intelligence Glyph on Exploit Weakness' board.

Any effect that boosts damage to Core Skills and melee damage works well with this build. Cunning Stratagem and Cheap Shot are good examples of additional boards to have, though players will have to ignore the former's Legendary node in favor of the ones that benefit Core Skill damage, armor, and resistances.

Diablo 4 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
