The art of transmogrification is usually reserved for gear, with players obsessing over that perfect look for their favorite helm or chest piece. Diablo 4 is a title that feeds the endless quest for transmog, and weapons are now also a part of the customization trend.

Some of the weapons transmogs in the game are part of gear sets, while others stand alone and only apply to a certain weapon or class. A few of them can be shared between characters on the same account while others cannot. Designs can vary depending on who wears them. Transmogs are most often found on items of Magic, Rare, or Legendary quality, and are more commonly found on the higher difficulty level of Veteran Tier or higher.

7 Conjuration Wand

For those Sorcerers that like that pirate or seaside aesthetic, the Conjuration wand steals the spirit of its design from a narwhal's horn or some ancient wooden carving. It could also resemble a Celtic knot if the player wanted it to have more of a woodland or Feywild kind of look.

Sorcerers have several different builds and disciplines to organize their vast elemental powers, and the graceful Conjuration Wand goes with all of them. The color palette used on the gear won't affect a wand, which can be awkward, but the wooden design goes with anything.

6 Demolisher Two-Handed Mace

Demolisher is a common transmog that almost every player finds early in the game, no matter what level of difficulty they're playing. Every Barbarian has space in their inventory for a two-handed bludgeoning weapon, and this is one of the best transmog available for it.

It's a massive hammer, which is great to begin with, but it looks like a massive piece of polished marble fixed on a bronze lamp post. The Barbarian could use this massive hammer to pitch a tent or vault over a chasm when they aren't swinging it around.

5 War Staff

This weapon would seem to be for a Necromancer, especially one of the Corpse Explosion build type, but only a Sorcerer can equip a staff. It is a nice touch that players can use to give the game's vintage casting class a dark and foreboding touch, even when they're throwing fire and shooting lightning.

The War Staff probably got its name from the macabre decorations. Human skulls line the end of the staff, and even hang off of it like a lucky charm. In addition to being a blunt way to brag about a character's deadly exploits, it's reminiscent of the Witch Doctor class from previous games.

4 Anlace Dagger

This weapon looks like the kind of dagger that a Rogue would reserve for special occasions, but even with its elegant and impeccable design, it can still be functional. Only the Rogue class can equip a dagger in Diablo 4, so this might be the tool of a more refined assassin as opposed to a common cutpurse.

The item that has this transmog is of a Rare quality, but the player doesn't have to wait for it to drop. If they keep a close eye on the Weapon Vendor, who updates their stock every few minutes, a dagger called the Bloodpetal Anlace might appear. Salvage this item at the nearest Blacksmith to get the transmog.

3 Duelist Wand

This wand could be a horn, a tusk, or some kind of bone sharpened to a deadly point. It's all up to the player that discovers the Duelist Wand transmog and uses it. The name isn't relevant for any obvious reason, but it might be because it's big enough to be a blunt weapon or sharp enough to be a piercing one.

If Sorcerers in the game had any melee weapon abilities, it would be possible to use this wand as a sword or a mace. However, multiclassing isn't an option in Diablo 4, so players will have to concoct a backstory for this transmog that doesn't include using it as a shank.

2 Compassion Two-Handed Scythe

In this sense, the true compassion here is a quick death, although perhaps not less terrifying and painless when this thing swings out of the darkness. The Compassion transmog for a two-handed scythe looks like a pile of razor-sharp teeth, jagged tusks, and splinters of bone lashed together with innards and sinew.

Given that description, it's the perfect weapon for the world of Sanctuary and a good look for any kind of Necromancer. However, it's ideal for the Necromancer who's into survivalism and secretly wants to be a Barbarian.

1 Nimble Staff

Not every spellcaster wants to electrocute everything they touch or watch the world burn. The Nimble Staff is for the more elegant and scholarly type of Sorcerer that stays calmly at a distance while their enemies freeze, burn, fry, or a combination of all three.

Unlike most other transmogs, this one stands out because of the vivid green color, which can't be altered in the Wardrobe. Luckily there's a wide range of colors that players can use to alter their gear if everything needs to match.
