A Diablo 4 gamer has recently made a character inspired by Julian from Trailer Park Boys. Players are using the extensive range of appearance options in the game’s character creation system to devise incredible Diablo 4 custom characters since the game’s launch, and this is one of the most recent examples of that.

Diablo 4 was a huge hit when it was released, and this continues to be the truth around two months after the launch. While the first season of the game was not very well received by many players, who complained about the lack of level scaling in Diablo 4, nerfs to several powerful builds, and more, the game is still one of the most successful releases of 2023. Part of this lasting success can be attributed to the ability to play different characters with several distinct builds, which encourages creativity.

Now, a player called Capable-ad8799 recreated Julian from Trailer Park Boys in Diablo 4 and shared a picture of their Lv.15 “Julian” on social media. Trailer Park Boys was a famous Canadian mockumentary comedy show that originally ran for 12 seasons between 2001 and 2018, and Julian was one of its three main characters. Capable-ad8799’s recreation is eerily similar to the real Julian, as both have the same beard and hair. Another nice detail is that the model looks very muscular and strong, which makes it resemble Julian even more, as he’s the largest o the three protagonists in the series.

Redditors loved Capable-ad8799’s take on Julian, referencing several quotes from the comedy series in the comments of the post. According to Strat0BlasterX, all this Diablo 4 version of Julian lacked was the character’s distinctive rum and coke, which he often drank in the TV show.

This was not the first time someone recreated one of the main characters from Trailer Park Boys in a popular game. A few years ago, one player made a remarkably similar version of Ricky in Grand Theft Auto Online. They even used the same iconic shirt as Ricky and a very similar hairstyle.

Part of why many gamers are gearing up to create more Diablo 4 characters has a direct relationship with the new season. Players need brand-new characters to access seasonal content, so many are restarting from level 1. A few days ago, Blizzard revealed stats for the new season, stating that over seven million characters were made in a single week since the debut of Season of the Malignant, which can give an idea of how many players are still engaging with the game.

Diablo 4 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
