A research company known as Circana has released its sales report for June 2023, and of the year in general, confirming that Hogwarts Legacy is the best-selling game of 2023 in the US. This means that Hogwarts Legacy has managed to shrug off competition from new releases in popular franchises like The Legend of Zelda, Resident Evil, and Diablo. The critically acclaimed The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is in second place, with Diablo 4 taking the third spot in this list. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Resident Evil 4 are the fifth and sixth best-selling games of 2023 in the US, with Final Fantasy 16 and Street Fighter 6 taking the ninth and tenth spots.
