A very creative fan of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has built a fully-functional forklift that Link can use to move bigger, heavier objects around Hyrule. Fan builds in Tears of the Kingdom are getting bigger and better the longer the game is out in the market, proving that the player base's creativity seems to only be limited by the number of pieces that can be fused together in the action RPG.

Being able to fuse a variety of objects together is probably considered by fans as one of the best features of Tears of the Kingdom. Many gamers likely purchased the game to be able to adventure as Link once again, explore new parts of Hyrule, and find out what happens to everyone after Breath of the Wild. However, when Nintendo showed off the possibility of players building their own vehicles, weapons, and even residences in the trailers, the community wasted no time showing off their impressive builds online.

Showing off the functional forklift that they built in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Redditor Re-Pingers posted a short video that showcased the capabilities of their crafted machine. In the footage, Link is seen climbing up and down a massive contraption in order to operate it. They use one Steering Stick to drive the vehicle forward, then proceed to climb to another Steering Stick to move the forklift's up and down. The video shows how the machine was able to pick up a wooden plank fused with two arches, and transport it some distance away from its original spot.

It seems fellow fans were quite impressed by Re-Pingers' work, with a licensed forklift operator even complimenting their build, saying that they appreciate what the builder has done. One wondered how they were able to fuse so many things together in the game, given that the fusing in Tears of the Kingdom is limited to a maximum number of 21 items. Another Redditor replied to this query, and suggested that the whole forklift was probably two builds just being held together by friction and gravity.

Given just how creative the Tears of the Kingdom community is, fans should expect that more of these massive, impressive builds will be shared online. Hopefully, all the crafting and building will keep the whole player base preoccupied until Nintendo gives updates about what to expect regarding the future of the Zelda franchise.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
