This information comes from MbKKssTBhz5 on Twitter, aka Midori, who had been sharing information about projects in the works at Atlus, such as the development of Persona 6. A lot of this information has been shared through her apparent connections at the developer, with many of the leaks she's released being pretty accurate. She's been correct about games like Persona 3 Reload before its reveal, so there is some credence behind her leaks.
Persona 5: The Phantom X is a mobile and PC spin-off based on Persona 5, developed by Atlus and Perfect World Games. It was announced as a title exclusively for the Chinese gaming market, where players take on the role of Wonder, a new Phantom Thief, as they seek to change the hearts of villains by exploring the Palaces created by them in the Metaverse.
