Pokemon Sleep revolves around taking care of Snorlax for a week in order to attract Pokemon with different sleep styles. As Snorlax's strength grows, the variety of Pokemon sleeping around the fluffy behemoth increases as well. There are different ways to improve Snorlax's power, and all of them are tied to the Helper Pokemon.

These Pokemon can be assigned manually by clicking on the Pokemon option in the bottom left corner of the main screen.

Pokemon Sleep players need to select the Edit Team option, from where they can make necessary adjustments to their party. They can also seek the help of Rotom to find a team based on priority There are three different options to choose from: Berry, Ingredients, and Skills. The first option obviously prioritizes berries, while the second focuses on Ingredients. The final one ensures that the Pokemon with the best skills are selected. Players can add five different Pokemon to their team, but there is a way to open up the sixth spot.

The sixth spot can only be unlocked if players have the Pokemon GO Plus + accessory. Once the item has been connected to Pokemon Sleep, players will get Night Cap Pikachu. This Pikachu acts as the sixth member of the Helper Team. Night Cap Pikachu gathers berries and ingredients just like the other five team members. In order to level up, Night Cap Pikachu, players need to spend a certain number of hours sleeping with their Pokemon Go Plus +.

As its level increases, so does its carry limit. So, it is advised to level it up quickly, as it will improve Snorlax's growth as well. After connecting the device to Pokemon Sleep, the data will be shared with Pokemon Go. The number of PokeStops that players spin in Pokemon Go will give them a certain number of Grepa Berries.

Night Cap Pikachu does not remain on the screen at all times, unlike the five regular Helper Pokemon. It pops up whenever it has something to give. Obviously, having an extra Helper Pokemon is highly beneficial for the players, but it is important to remember that Pokemon Sleep is not supposed to be competitive. It is meant to be a tool to help people maintain a healthy sleep schedule and catch Pokemon. So, players should not splurge money to buy the accessory, as they can progress through the game at a steady pace even without it.

Pokemon Sleep is available on Android and iOS.
