Wrack and Ruin is a Campaign Quest in Diablo 4's Act 5 that features two primary objectives. The first of those objectives is to find the town of Yngovani, and the second is to find two Eyes that can be used to open an Engraved Stone Door. Find the Town of Yngovani
The town of Yngovani can be found in the swamp to the northwest of Timue's Hovel, the location in which Wrack and Ruin is initiated. For the sake of full clarity, the precise position that Diablo 4 players must visit has been marked on the map that is above, and they should interact with the Engraved Stone Door that they find there. This action will advance the quest, and fans must now set out in search of two Eyes.
Find and Return the Right Eye
The Right Eye can be found at the Destroyed Serpent Shrine just southeast of the Engraved Stone Door in Diablo 4's Hawezar. Once again, the position of this location has been marked on the map that is above, and players should interact with the corpse of the Half-Devoured Cultist and pickup the Serpent's Right Eye. This item can then be inserted into the Engraved Stone Door's Right Eye Socket to complete this section of Wrack and Ruin.
Find and Return the Left Eye
For the Left Eye, players must make their way to the Thieves' Encampment to the north of the Engraved Stone Door, and its position has been marked on the map that is above. After slaying the cultists and serpents that are found at this location, fans should interact with the Dying Bandit. This action will yield the Serpent's Left Eye, and players should collect it, use their Diablo 4 mounts to quickly return to the Engraved Stone Door, and interact with the Left Eye Socket to open the door and finish Wrack and Ruin.
With this Wrack and Ruin resolved, players can move onto Cold Blood, the next main story quest in Diablo 4. In this quest, fans collect Incense from within the Slithering Dark, and they will face a variety of enemies as they attempt to complete this task. The most difficult of those enemies is undoubtedly the boss at the end of the dungeon, and fans should be prepared to dodge her poison.
